Established in 1999, Luhuan Co., Ltd. is a provincial high new technology enterprise, which is specialized in the research, development, and production of normal temperature superfine rubber powder production lines and various powder products. At present the company owns three subsidiaries: Zhejiang Luhuan Rubber Powder Engineering Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Luhuan Trading Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Luhuan Environment Technology Co., Ltd.

As a joint venture enterprise invested by Zhejiang Fengli Pulverizer Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Heaven Silicon Valley Investment Co., Ltd., we are one of the members of Council of China National Tyre Source Recycle Association, and China National Sporting Goods Union. Moreover, the company has powerful technical force. We have the support of many professional technologists in the field. We regard controlling black pollution and developing rubber powder industry as the main task, while devoting ourselves to the environmental protection industry on the recovery and recycle utilization of worn-out tyres.

Our normal temperature worn-out types' fine rubber powder production lines have been developed on self-determining intellectual asset, which has conquered the last difficulty in field of worn-out tyre rubber powder production around the world. The company was one of the first to form a batch production base, which turns worn-out tyres to 40 to 200 mesh fine rubber powders. Therefore, our country has made a historic breakthrough in the field utilizing worn-out tyre to produce rubber powders. This technology has reached the world advanced level. The production line is totally controlled by computer. This product has obtained 5 national patents, and passed the authentication of provincial science and technology achievement, as well as gained the first-class science and technology prize of Zhejiang Province.
